Funetics Activity Videos - England Athletics and funetics have launched their new funetics activity videos, as part of their new funetics programme. The videos demonstrate parents and children (aged 4-11) taking part in FUN activities based on fundamental core movement skills: running, jumping and throwing. Funletics Home Resource Pack - This resource has been created to keep children active while learning at home and is full of curriculum based activities. You can also find their fun home activities here including wordsearches, colouring templates and more.
Running
Daily Mile - The Daily Mile is simple and free and gets children out of the classroom for fifteen minutes every day to run or jog, at their own pace, with their classmates, making them fitter, healthier, and more able to concentrate in the classroom. With children at home they launched their weekly challenges within the #DailyMileAtHome campaign on their website here.
