#INSPIRE150 launches today! This physical activity challenge has been designed exclusively for STAFF in schools affiliated to our Health & Wellbeing EXTRA package. #INSPIRE150 utilises a FREE app (STRAVA) and is designed to help staff achieve the physical activity recommendations. The campaign is completely flexible, accounting for varying levels of fitness/experience and activities inclusive of walking, running, cycling etc.
